At the beginning of September 2022, we had our annual party of the Communidad Las Terrazas organized by Mariska. The organization included coordination with Las Terrazas staff, selection of entertainment as well as catering with food and drinks. In the garden of Las Terrazas, around the swimming pool, Mariska had created an excellent atmosphere. Catering food with paella, both meat and fish, was excellent, as were the snacks before the reception of the approximately hundred guests. The drinks with a local catering manager were fine with the caveat that this man started a bit slowly. Mariska solved this perfectly by providing support herself. The entertainment, a DJ with a saxophonist alternating with a young lady who sang a number of songs was excellent. All guests enjoyed themselves, the atmosphere was excellent, thanks to good preparation and organization for an acceptable fee.

In Esporles, Mallorca, Hugo and I live and work in a beautiful finca, where we organize retreats and also rent out separate rooms to let people experience an unforgettable holiday. Because we also run companies in the Netherlands, we spend 50% of our time on Mallorca. When we are in the Netherlands, Mariska and her team ensure that our guests receive a warm welcome, the house is nice and clean and when there are calamities, Mariska solves this immediately! In this way we can enjoy our best life and our business continues to run. Mariska feels exactly what you need, has a creative solution for everything and keeps control. This gives us peace, time and space. Very grateful that she came our way!

Because I have my own delivery company for (sailing) boats, it is convenient to live in Mallorca. But of course I'm away a lot for my work. I met Mariska on Mallorca, as it turned out, we are also almost neighbours in Friesland, and it clicked immediately. Soon we started talking about AIR BnB and Mariska offered to take over the management of the house from me. We've been 'trying' that for a year now and I can't wait for the coming years. If Mariska promises something, she does it. Apart from the fact that she has become a friend, it is very nice to do business with her. My house always looks clean and the reviews are very positive. I often say: what am I going to do without her. And that is 100% the truth.

We had a fantastic day with 10 friends on the Grey Lady. A very nice large sloop that is still very manoeuvrable and very easy to sail. Fully equipped with cushions all around so that you can sit well with a large group. In addition, it is also wonderful to lay down on the foredeck! We had a wonderful trip via the Sneekermeer. Very nice owners! Definitely recommended!

In 2022 we went to Mallorca with collegues as a companyincentive trip, Mariska arranged everything for us very well, including a BBQ with a private chef on location, a hike through the mountains and along the sea, a boat trip with water sports activities and a bike tour in old town Palma. Everything was very well organised thanks to Mariska. It was a a great success and we will definitely come back!
